Welcome to Mary Golden Wellness (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, digital products, memberships, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms may be presented at the time of sale or delivered to you after purchase; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. 1. Membership Terms

By enrolling in any monthly membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following:

1.1 Recurring Billing

Your Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled by you or terminated by us.

By purchasing, you authorize the Company (and its third-party payment processors) to automatically charge your chosen payment method each month.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us or through the cancellation instructions provided at checkout or in your confirmation email.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

1.3 No Refunds

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our Membership, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

1.4 Membership Access

Membership benefits, content, and community access are available only while your subscription is active.

If your payment fails or your Membership lapses, your access may be suspended or terminated without notice.

2. Intake Questionnaire and Onboarding

All new members may be asked to complete an intake questionnaire for onboarding and personalization purposes.

This intake may be provided:

  • Via an online form (e.g., Jotform), or

  • Through a special optional 1-on-1 self-care focus session offered as part of your onboarding or as a member incentive.

Any information you choose to share is voluntary and used solely to enhance your Membership experience, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, lessons, audios, workbooks, and videos—are the intellectual property of Mary Golden Wellness.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3.1 Member-Submitted Content License (Worthy Goddess Club)

By voluntarily sharing content within the Worthy Goddess Club—such as posts, comments, stories, reflections, recipes, insights, testimonials, or other submissions (“Member Content”)—you grant Mary Golden Wellness and The Worthy Goddess Club (“TWGC”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display such Member Content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, digital products, newsletters, websites, and community materials.

We will never share confidential, private, or sensitive information submitted through your intake form or private communications. Only content intentionally posted or shared by you within the community spaces may be used.

You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you share and that your submissions do not infringe upon others’ rights.

4. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By participating in our Membership or using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

  • You assume all risks associated with applying any information or recommendations provided.

  • We do not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, financial, or personal outcomes.

  • You agree to use your own judgment and seek guidance from qualified professionals as needed.

Violations of this Code may result in removal from programs or Membership without refund.
